Welcome to bajeliv. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajeliv ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). They apply to all access and use of the bajeliv website, mobile browser interface, account services, gaming products and promotions. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager on bajeliv, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of bajeliv regardless of the device, browser or connection method used to access the platform. Accessing bajeliv via a mobile browser, a bookmarked home-screen shortcut or any mirror domain operated by us is subject to the same Terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of bajeliv is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

bajeliv reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. We may suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria above. Any funds in such an account may be withheld pending investigation. We do not accept liability for any loss arising from an ineligible individual accessing the platform.
3. Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on bajeliv, you must register a player account. One account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.1 Registration Requirements
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and a secure password. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
bajeliv operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, we require you to verify your identity by submitting a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport or driving licence) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges. KYC verification is also required if your account shows unusual activity patterns, at the discretion of our compliance team.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bajeliv will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain password confidentiality. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by emailing support at bajeliv.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on bajeliv are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of local and international payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
4.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad: ৳200
- Minimum deposit via Rocket and Upay: ৳300
- Minimum deposit via bank transfer or card: ৳500
- bajeliv does not charge platform-side fees on deposits made via bKash or Nagad. Third-party transaction charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
- Withdrawal requests on verified accounts are processed within 24 hours of submission under normal operating conditions.
- KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals at our discretion.
- bajeliv reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds. This process may extend processing times and we will communicate any such delays to you directly.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bajeliv offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season) and refer-a-friend incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages and expiry periods, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria are specified per promotion.
- Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the stated timeframe. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are completed will be removed from the account along with any bonus-derived winnings.
- bajeliv reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying deposit made solely to participate in that promotion will be honoured at the sole discretion of bajeliv management.
- Abuse of promotions — including collusion, arbitrage betting, use of multiple accounts or any other strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus balances and associated winnings.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on bajeliv. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one player account, whether directly or through an agent.
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity.
- Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, betting markets or platform features.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the platform's source code, game mathematics or back-end infrastructure.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing bajeliv staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Allowing any person under the age of 18 to use your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the bajeliv platform — including but not limited to the website design, typography, colour schemes, logos, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials and written copy — is the intellectual property of bajeliv or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit or otherwise exploit any content from bajeliv without our prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
Game content available on bajeliv is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in respect of individual games remain with their respective providers. bajeliv makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajeliv and its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity.
- Interruption, suspension or termination of access to the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, regulatory action or force majeure events.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
- Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in game outcomes resulting from third-party RNG software beyond our direct control.
- Any reliance placed on information, odds or market data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
In any event where bajeliv is found to be liable notwithstanding the above exclusions, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bajeliv account during the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request closure of your bajeliv account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support at bajeliv. Upon receiving a valid closure request, we will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used qualifying withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
9.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling may be causing them harm may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, access to the account is blocked, all marketing communications are suspended, and the exclusion period cannot be reversed or shortened. 9.3 Suspension by bajeliv
bajeliv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to pass or complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
- Confirmed or suspected collusion, bonus abuse or use of automated gaming tools.
- Regulatory instruction or requirement from a licensing authority.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in accordance with our dormant account policy.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected fraud, bajeliv may withhold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraud has occurred, the balance will be returned promptly. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, validity, binding effect, interpretation, performance, breach, termination or the consequences of their nullity — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bajeliv holds its international offshore gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and bajeliv, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance, as most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and can be reached by email at support at bajeliv. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, you may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process specified by our licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from our support team.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent bajeliv from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information or to prevent prohibited conduct.
